Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

MSC is an evidence-based course developed by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff  designed to cultivate self-compassion and build emotional resiliency. Self-compassion is the art of caring for ourselves with kindness and understanding. Growing research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional and physical wellbeing, better relationships, and reduced anxiety and depression. MSC is available in person, online, and as a five-day intensive. As a Certified MSC teacher, I offer this course regularly throughout the year.


Inner Compassion Training

Inner Compassion Training, currently under development, combines core elements of compassion and embodied practices to develop resiliency and promote overall wellbeing.
