Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)


MSC is an evidence-based course developed by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff  designed to cultivate self-compassion and build emotional resiliency. Self-compassion is the art of caring for ourselves with kindness and understanding. Growing research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional and physical wellbeing, better relationships, and reduced anxiety and depression. MSC is available in person, online, and as a five-day intensive. As a Certified MSC teacher, I offer this course regularly throughout the year.


Self-Compassion in Action


Self-Compassion in Action is an adaptation of the Mindful Self-Compassion program currently under development that combines the core elements of MSC with embodied practices.
