Mindful Self-Compassion

Self-compassion is the art of caring for ourselves with kindness and understanding. Growing research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional and physical wellbeing, better relationships, and reduced anxiety and depression.  I am a certified MSC teacher and offer this course regularly throughout the year. I also teach Live Online MSC and Fierce Self-Compassion.
