Self-Compassion
Self-compassion is the art of caring for ourselves with kindness and understanding. Growing research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional and physical wellbeing, better relationships, and reduced anxiety and depression. I am a certified MSC teacher and teacher trainer. I offer compassion-based courses regularly throughout the year including Mindful Self-Compassion, Live Online MSC, Fierce Self-Compassion and Self-Compassion for shame.
