My approach integrates psychology, mindfulness, compassion, neuroscience, and somatic practices to alleviate suffering and support healing. Depending on your needs and preferences, we can work within a psychotherapy framework that emphasizes dialogue, or from a yoga therapy perspective that emphasizes working with the body.

Mindfulness Programs

If you are interested in deepening your mindfulness practice in the context of a supportive community, please explore the available offerings. These programs—which include Mindful Self‑Compassion, Live Online MSC, Fierce Self‑Compassion, Self‑Compassion for Shame, MBSR, MBCT, and meditation retreats—are offered in collaboration with different non‑profit organizations.
