Therapy & Mentoring
My approach to therapy focuses on the integration of psychology, mindfulness, compassion, neuroscience, and somatic practices to alleviate suffering. Based on your particular needs and preferences, we can approach the work from a psychotherapy framework with a greater emphasis on dialogue, or from a yoga therapy perspective that emphasizes working with the body.
Mindfulness Programs
If you are interested in deepening your mindfulness practice in the context of a supportive community, please explore available offerings. These programs including Mindful Self-Compassion, Live Online MSC, Fierce Self- Compassion, Self-Compassion for Shame, MBSR, MBCT and meditation retreats are offered in collaboration with different non-profit organizations.
